I want to express my gratitude for the beautiful services you and your staff provided for my mom. Every aspect was handled courteously and with sincere empathy, down to the most minute detail. I couldn't be more impressed with the degree of professionalism and compassion you and your staff provided us. I've attended many funerals, and really never paid a significant amount of attention to the work that goes into preparing and carrying out the process. When it was mom, last surviving parent, I was able to take notice of the entire procedure, because you had every aspect under control. It was wonderful to be able to concentrate my thoughts on mom, and not be at all concerned as to how the funeral service would proceed. I fully realize now that your motto; "Creator of Meaningful Memories," is completely accurate. Because of your dedication to your craft, I rest easy, knowing that mom and dad are smiling on us thinking; "you got it right boys"
