Delores Ann “Glacey” Foxworth, 63, of New Britain, CT, died Sunday, November 22, 2015 at Jerome Home in New Britain, CT, Delores was born August 28, 1952 in Marion, South Carolina and was the daughter of the late Rev. James E. and Emma P. (James) Foxworth. She graduated from New Britain Senior High School and attended Tunxis Community College. Delores was employed as a paraeducator at the New Britain Board of Education.
Delores is survived by her two sons Andre T. “Butch” Foxworth and his wife Barbara of New Britain, CT, and Calvin “Stormy” Meggett, Jr. and his wife Nicole of Manchester, CT, her two sisters Loretta Foxworth and her husband Robert Browne, and Rosalind Mitchell all of New Britain, CT, her two grandsons Andre T. and Ke’Andre Foxworth. Delores was predeceased by her brother James E. Foxworth, Jr.
Homegoing Celebration for Delores will be held Monday, November 30, 2015 at 12p.m. at Bethesda Apostolic Church, 249 Stanley St., New Britain, CT with the Elder Dale I. Shaw, Sr., Pastor, presiding.
