Slawomir S. Grebowiec, 47 of New Britain, CT. entered the grace of God on Monday, January 9, 2017. Slawomir was born in Szczucin, Poland on August 12, 1969, a Son of Barbara Badzioch and the late Stefan Grebowiec. Slawomir (Slawek) was always a free spirited dreamer who loved to hike to the top. Without boundaries, he sought the best in all and all who knew him, loved him.

Although we have to let him go with God, Slawek will be greatly missed by his Mother, Barbara Badzioch, his Step Father, Zenon Badzioch, his Sister,Lidia Dutremble and her children, Izabella and Phillip. His Brothers; Christopher Badzioch and his wife, Monika Badzioch and their children Emanuel and Casper. Sebastian Badzioch and his wife, Mariola Badzioch and their children Amelia and Patrick. Also, Slawek will dearly be missed by his favorite Nephew, Alexander Koscielniak, with whom he shared a special bond.

A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Friday January 13, 2017 at 9:30 a.m. at Sacred Heart Church, 158 Broad St., New Britain, CT. The family would like everyone to meet at the Church. Burial will be in St. Mary Cemetery, 1141 Stanley St., New Britain, CT. There are no calling hours. The Paul A. Shaker Funeral Home, 764 Farmington Ave., New Britain, CT has charge of arrangements.
