Helen K. Venturo, 90, of New Britain, CT died Thursday, January 26, 2017 at the Hospital of Central CT at New Britain General. Helen was born in New Britain, CT and was the daughter of the late Andro and Anna (Pich) Kapustinski. She worked as a secretary for the City of New Britain Parks and Recreation Dept for several years. Helen loved cooking for her family, as well as spending time with her friends.
Helen is survived by her two sons Philip Venturo and his wife Lori of Plainville, CT and Robert Kapustinski and his wife Cynthia of Meriden, CT and her three grandsons David, Matthew and Andrew Venturo and his wife Marissa, and she enjoyed many nieces and nephews as well! Helen was predeceased by her husband Felix Venturo, her three brothers Stanley, Myron and John Kapustinski and her two sisters Mary Pobat and Estelle Zembko
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a funeral service in the chapel at St. Mary Cemetery, 1141 Stanley St., New Britain, CT Wednesday, February 1, 2017 at 1 p.m. Burial will follow in St. Mary Cemetery.
