Daniel P. Garrell, 73, of Windsor, CT passed away peacefully Saturday, February 18, 2017. He was born in New York City, NY, and was predeceased by his parents, Julius Garrell and Leona Kestenbaum. Dan served his country proudly during the Vietnam War. He touched people with his openness and gift of gab and kept in touch with lifelong friends.
