Obituary for Roberto A. Cialfi

Roberto A. Cialfi, 39, of Cromwell, CT died unexpectedly Wednesday, March 22, 2017 at home. Roberto was born in New Britain, CT and was the son of the late Silvano and Amelia (Salvatori) Cialfi. Roberto graduated from UCONN and received a bachelors degree in finance. He was a good friend to all and was always there for his friends and family, always there to help anyone. All his friends were his family. Roberto was an avid soccer player and enthusiast. He enjoyed watching UCONN basketball and always rooted for UCONN. Roberto will sadly be missed.
Roberto is survived by his brother Nando Cialfi and his wife Victoria of Farmington, CT, his sister Stefania DiClemente and her husband Edmond of Burlington, CT, his two nieces Juliana and Alessandra and his three nephews Antonio, Alexander and Christopher. He also leaves behind many good friends as well as cousins.
Funeral rites for Roberto will be held Saturday, March 25, 2017 at 8:30 a.m. with the procession departing at 9 a.m. from the Paul A. Shaker Funeral Home, 764 Farmington Ave., New Britain, CT. followed by a Liturgy of Christian burial at 10 a.m. at St. Ann Church, 101 North St., New Britain, CT. Entombment will be in St. Mary’s Chapel Mausoleum, St. Mary Cemetery, 1141 Stanley St., New Britain, CT. Relatives and friends may call at the Paul A. Shaker Funeral Home TODAY from 4 p.m. – 7 p.m. Directions to funeral home – I-84 east or west, exit 37 (Fienemann Rd), right off exit – one mile down on right.
