Frances B. Terragna, 84, of Rocky Hill passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 23, 2017 at the Autumn Lake Healthcare Facility in New Britain. She was born August 12, 1933 in Rockville, CT, the daughter of the late Adam and Gladys (Makara) Brajczewski. Frank worked several years for the Hartford Electric Light Company and CL&P. She later retired from CT Transit. One of her greatest joys was spending time with her grandchildren. She also enjoyed her many lunches with her friends at the Cromwell Community Center.
She leaves behind her three children, their spouses and her loving grandchildren. Lynn Griesemer and her husband Bob of Tampa, FL, along with Robby, Melanie, Hilary, Christina, Millicent and Michael Griesemer; Stacie Dykins and her husband Bob of South Glastonbury, CT, along with Madison, Brooklyn and Myles Dykins and Peter Terragna and his wife Brenda of New Britain, CT, along with Jasmine Diaz. She also leaves behind a sister, Irene Gainty and two brothers, Edward Brajczewski and his wife Cathy and Adam Brajczewski. She was predeceased by her brother William Brazjczewski and her two sisters, Helen Browne and Joan Brajczewski.
A Mass will be held at St. James Church, 767 Elm St., Rocky Hill on Saturday, December 30 at 10 a.m. Burial will follow at Mount Saint Benedict Cemetery, 1 Cottage Grove Road, Bloomfield, CT
