Leon C. Hatoff, 104, of New Britain, CT died Thursday, December 28, 2017 at home. Leon was born in Brooklyn, NY and was the son of the late Leon and Bella (Segar) Hatoff. He worked as a jeweler for New Britain Jewelers for several years. Mr. Hatoff served his country honorably during WWII in the United States Navy. Leon also enjoyed spending his quality time with his friends at the New Britain OTB. Leon was survived by his close friend and caregiver, Tom Cronin of Farmington, CT. Leon was predeceased by his wife Evelyn Hatoff.
A graveside service with full military honors rendered by the United States Navy for Mr. Hatoff will be held Saturday, January 6, 2018 at 9:30 a.m. in the chapel of the State Veterans Cemetery, 317 Bow Lane, Middletown, CT.
