Your Mom and Dad were some of the first people my late husband Walter introduced to me when we started dating 42 years ago. Walter knew them from church and the UAV, in which they all were very active. I remember spending many happy get-togethers with them over the years. Your Mom was a tough lady with a big heart and a great sense of humor. No matter what life threw at her, she rolled with the punches. I think the last time I saw her was 12 years ago when she came to Walter's wake with you, Charlie. I know Walter had a special place in his heart for your Mom and I think she felt the same way about him. Sorry I did not learn of her passing until services had already been held or I would have been there. Deepest condolences to you all.
