Condolence: Deepest condolences to Mrs. Maria Caputo and her family for the loss of Mrs. Melillo. I worked with her for a number of years. She was a deeply individual woman and one who will not be soon or easily forgotten. She fiercely loved her daughter Maria, her late husband Frank, her partner Allen, and her extended family very much and spoke of them often. She was so proud of a photo blanket that the family had made for her last year, and derived much comfort from looking at it and talking about it. She had her arguments with the world and was outspoken when she felt she had to be. I hope that she is now at peace and reunited with those whom she missed so much. I love you, Mrs. Melillo.
