Dolores “Lolita” Ciscar-Sario, 74, of Newington, CT died Sunday, February 18, 2018 at the Jefferson House, Newington, CT. Dolores was born in Bellreguard, Spain and was the daughter of the late Miguel Ciscar and Maria Sario. She was a resident of Newington most of her life. Dolores retired from Travelers Insurance after many years of service. She loved to spend time with family and discuss politics. Dolores was the most generous and helping person.
Dolores is survived by her three nieces, Shirley Repass and husband Don of New Britain, CT, Mary Jacqueline Blanco Danglerou of Murla, Spain, Linda Ann Blance Sirera of Murla, Spain. Many great nieces and nephews. She also leaves her very good friends Eleanor Vaughan and Viola Berardinelli of West Hartford, CT. She also expressed gratitude to her neighbors who always looked out for her. Dolores was predeceased by her brother, Miguel Ciscar, her sister, Maria Blanco and nephew, Michael J Ciscar. The family would like to thank Jefferson House for the kindness and care they took of Dolores.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Dolores’ Life Friday, February 23, 2018 at 10 a.m. at St. Mary Church, 544 Main St., New Britain, CT. Burial will be private.
