Pamela A. Barnett, 58, of Knoxville, TN passed away suddenly Saturday, February 24, 2018 at home. Pamela was born October 3, 1959 in New Britain, CT. and was the daughter of the late Samuel and Goldie (Rowe) Barnett. She attended Grace Bible Baptist Church in Knoxville, TN where her brother Robert Barnett is pastor. Pam was a caring mother, sister and friend that never forgot birthdays or holidays. Pam's kids were her treasure and she loved her family with all her heart.
Pam is survived by her four sons Amayr Barnett, Kyle Claytor and wife Keitsha, Jermaine Shivers all of New Britain, CT and AJ Ahern of Newington, CT., her daughter Carla Claytor of Enfield, CT. her four brothers Dennis Barnett, Pastor Robert Barnett and wife Dorothy, Benjamin Barnett all of Knoxville, TN and Michael Barnett and wife Sharon of Bristol, CT. She also leaves behind eight grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, close relatives and friends. Pam was predeceased by her daughter Shelithia Claytor, her two brothers Samuel Barnett and Mark Barnett and her sister Elaine Campbell.
Homegoing Celebration for Pamela will be held Friday, March 9, 2018 at 11 a.m. from the Paul A. Shaker Funeral Home, 764 Farmington Ave., New Britain, CT. Committal service and final resting place will be in Fairview Cemetery, 120 Smalley St., New Britain, CT. Relatives and friends may call at the Paul A.
