Condolence: To all of Phyllis's family: Blessings on you all in your time of grief and sweet remembrances. I called Phyllis my "poster child" for Lymphedema. We loved her in our therapy office. She was always a bright light when she visited us and gave more to us than we could give to her! Thank you , Art, for being a caring brother who took excellent care of her legs! You did an awesome job! She knew that her brother loved her dearly! I always loved to hear the family stories--what a lovely family and parents you had! I look forward to seeing her in Heaven someday!! What a joyous reunion!!

Condolence From: Maureen Toce Miano
Condolence: To The Washington and Carr Families - Sincerest condolences on the unexpected loss of Phyllis. The beautiful words written only begin to describe the wonderful person she was. After her retirement, we kept in touch via e-mail and phone calls. We had talked about gathering for dinner; we were waiting for a time when it would be convenient for her. I did not know her sister was a Carr, by marriage, my grandmother's maiden name. I know she would have gotten a kick out of that! Phyllis will be missed. R.I.P. Maureen
