Carol (Pelletier) Sirois, 66, of New Britain, passed away Saturday, August 4, 2018 surrounded by the love and comfort of her family. Carol was born April 16, 1952 in Eagle Lake, ME to Cecile (Caron) Pelletier of New Britain, CT and the late Mark Pelletier. She graduated in 1970 from Pulaski High School in New Britain. Carol most recently worked at Quality Wire EDM in Bristol. She will be greatly missed by all those who knew her, particularly for her strong work ethic and selfless character. Carol loved her family, children and grandchildren unconditionally, and cared for everyone before herself. Carol was tough and strong, yet sweet and humble.
Carol is survived by her son - Jason Sirois and his wife Linda of Berlin, CT, her three daughters - Kimberly Sirois of New Britain, CT, Tracy Sirois of Manchester, CT and Heather Sirois of Vernon, CT her brother, David Pelletier and his wife Lee-Ann of Windsor, CT, her three beloved grandchildren, Ryan Mayers, Sierra Sirois, and Jason (JJ) Sirois. Carol was predeceased by her son Scott Sirois, and by her father Mark Pelletier, with whom her loved ones find comfort in knowing greeted her in heaven with open arms.
Funeral Rites for Carol will be held Thursday, August 9, 2018 at 8:30 a.m. with the procession departing at 9 a.m. from the Paul A. Shaker Funeral Home, 764 Farmington Ave., New Britain, CT., followed by a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. at St. Jerome Church, 1010 Slater Rd., New Britain, CT. Committal service and final resting place will be in St. Mary Cemetery, 1141 Stanley St., New Britain, CT. Relatives and friends may call at the Paul A. Shaker Funeral Home Wednesday from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Directions to funeral home – I-84 east or west - exit 37 (Fienemann Rd) - right off exit – one mile down on right.
