Ann L. Jones, 64, of Burlington, CT. died Friday,October 28, 2016 at Bristol Hospital. Ann was born in New Britain, CT and was the daughter of the late Harry and Jennie (Cebulski) Rembisz. Ann was a member of Holy Cross Church and was a talented seamstress and avid lighthouse collector.
Ann is survived by her beloved husband and daughter Edward E. Jones, Jr., Jennifer Antonelli and her husband Gregory, her granddaughter Jacqueline Antonelli all of Burlington, CT., her brother Martin Rembisz and his wife Judy, her nephew Michael Rembisz all of Marshfield, MA. Ann was predeceased by her brother Harry Rembisz, Jr.
Heaven gained another angel. My beloved mother and friends passed away this morning. She always said that looking at lighthouses gave her a sense of peace. Through the storm, we do not walk alone. Rest in peace Mom.
Funeral Rites for Ann will be held Wednesday, November 2, 2016 at 8:30 a.m. with the procession departing at 9 a.m. from the Paul A. Shaker Funeral Home, 764 Farmington Ave., New Britain, CT. followed by a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. at Holy Cross Church, Farmington Ave., New Britain, CT. Committal service and final resting place will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery, 662 Burritt St., New Britain, CT. Relatives and friends may call at the Paul A. Shaker Funeral Home Tuesday from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Direction to funeral home – I-84 east or west, exit 37 (Fienemann Rd) right off exit – one mile down on right.
