Sharon Ludwin, 71, of Berlin, CT passed away Friday, September 8, 2017.Born in Berlin, CT on June 20, 1946, she was the daughter of Myron and Grace (Cugno) Goodrich, and the niece of Connie (Cugno) Grabeck. Sharon worked as an Executive Secretary for Tuttle & Bailey for many years, as well for Webster Bank and The Hartford Insurance Group. She was also actively involved in the IPIC Ladies Auxiliary.
Sharon is survived by her husband of 48 years, Stephen Ludwin, her daughter Susan Ludwin, her son Stephen Ludwin Jr and wife Christina, her daughter Stefanie (Ludwin) Gagnon and husband David, and her two grandchildren (& best friends) David Enzo Gagnon and Isabella Marie Gagnon. She also leaves behind several family and friends.
Relatives and friends may call at the Paul A. Shaker Funeral Home, 764 Farmington Ave., New Britain, CT. Wednesday, September 13, 2017 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Directions to funeral home – I-84 east or west, exit 37 (Fienemann Rd) right off exit – one mile down on right. Burial will be private at Maple Cemetery, Berlin, CT. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given to the National Kidney Foundation, 30 East 33rd St., New York, New York 10016.
