Condolence: My first memories of Paul and Sylvia go back to their first restaurant in the Valley Acres Plaza on route 1 in Plainville where Paul created the most fabulous dishes. It was a Friday night ritual. We followed when they moved the restaurant to its current location and our personal friendship grew as well, when we moved to Southington on the same street as them. Paul had a constant smile and was a wonderful man. It is such a loss to his family that he was taken so young. Sylvia and family our thoughts and prayers are with you..love nancy and Richard sewell

Condolence: I was saddened to hear of Paul's passing and have very fond memories of him and the entire family, at summer parties and at their pool. What great food was served there! I remember how kind and friendly Paul was - he always had a smile on his face even when challenged by life. I remember playing Bocce in he and Sylvia's yard and Tony and Lorraine's as well. Perhaps Sandy has helped welcome Paul into his next phase, and they will smile on those of us who are left behind. Paul, I’m so glad I got to know you, may you rest in peace and your memories will always be in the minds and hearts of those who are left behind. My thoughts go out to Sylvia, Tony and Paul’s entire family.

May I extend my deepest condolences on Paul's passing. It was always such a pleasure to encounter him at the restaurant. He truly enjoyed people and found the perfect business to provide a hearty meal and pleasant conversation to his customers. Condolence: We are very sorry to hear about Paul's death. We have known you both for many years and we always enjoyed speaking with Paul. He was always in a good mood and kidding with us.
